Anticipated shipping & delivery cost per order

If the amount of your particular order is equivalent to or greater than Rs 1000, it will be eligible for free shipping. Orders lower than Rs 1000 will be shipped as per the appropriate charges stated in the product details. 

Anticipated Shipping & Delivery Time per Order

You agree to provide the current, complete, and accurate mailing address for courier services along with established nearest landmark, email ID, and phone number, for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and phone number so that we can complete your purchase and successful delivery, also, to contact you as needed.

Ones your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your order may be shipped within three business days of the date of purchase (which is ordinarily done in two days) by our third-party private courier partners. The orders will be dispatched to you by these third-party courier partners only. We try to keep your courier cost as low as possible and select the best courier company on the basis of time and cost. Different courier partners have different delivery schedules. Ones the shipping is done, our courier partners may take 7-8 business days or more to deliver the shipment, depending upon shipping location, courier partners, geographical reach,  political/social unrest and in the event where billing and shipping address is different. The courier partners deliver the shipments between 9 AM to 8 PM and some of them may require your signature and/or view identity cards for verification purposes only and you have to comply with their terms and conditions mentioned on their websites. If you have placed an order with multiple products, please note that your products may deliver in multiple shipments with a different delivery schedule. The schedule may be accessed by the shipment tracking number provided to you by e-mail, SMS or whatsapp. 

Please note that this is a guide only, and does not include any processing time upon arrival at the destination. The anticipated delivery times are indicative, and, on various occasions, there might be some unpreventable delays beyond our control. We will try to keep you informed in case of any delays. If in any such conditions, your order has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@aromanna.com and we will prove our best to resolve your issues. Please additionally note that there may be expected delays at certain locations across India, due to Novel Corona Virus Outbreak. 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been promptly dispatched, you may tracking details over whatsapp with tracking/ order number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can properly track the status of your package, 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AROMANNA™. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return eligible products for return, refund & cancellations.


You can cancel your order only within 2 days, which means, before the shipment of your order placed, by writing us at info@aromanna.com or by Whatsapp to request the cancellation. You will not be able to cancel your order by yourself on the website, ones the shipment is done.
AROMANNA™ reserves the right to verify and/or cancel any order without any pre-confirmation by the customer at any time, which may include any written confirmation from the customer.

Return Policy

Not wholly, only few of our products are eligible for return and refund and most of the products that are not eligible for any returns or refunds because of their nature of uses. We ship products with prior quality checks so that you receive a complete product. Most of our products are not returnable because of their nature in terms of uses such as health and personal care products, worship products, gift cards, downloadable items  etc. But still we consider returns for few products with following terms;

If your product is eligible for return or if the product you received is defective, you may write to us at info@aromanna.com along with photos of the product, within 2 days of delivery, to request return & refund, provided the product is not opened, not used, in its original packaging and sealed conditions. Please note, we do not refund any courier or postage cost also, the return courier or postage cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you receive a different product other than your ordered one, we will refund the full amount without deducting any courier cost.
Such eligible orders for return and refund and canceled prior to shipment are refunded at no cost. If it is a prepaid order, you may cancel and /or return and seek a full refund or part refund of your payment for the eligible products for cancellation, return and refund before shipment is made. If it is a part refund, the courier cost will be adjusted as per the number of products your order has and shipment details mentioned on the product pages.
If in any eligible cancellation, return and/or refund condition makes your order value below Rs 1000, AROMANNA reserves the right to withdraw free shipping of your order and add shipping costs as per conditions mentioned on the product pages from your order.

Shipping Returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened product packaging and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the us. You would need to let us know about your return via whatsapp/ call/ email to our customer care with in two days of receipt of your products and they will guide you the return process. To return your product, you should mail your product to: our physical address guided by our customer care team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to proceed for returns

To return your product or order, please make a new & secure package by putting in the products in its original packaging as mentioned above and place a return request at info@aromanna.com. Ones you request to return a part or full order via email is received, we will verify it. After verification, if your request to return is qualified, we will send you a return confirmation along with the exact refund amount and a return label (with return address details) which you can paste on the return package. Post return confirmation, a pick up will be organized within 8-10 business days from the date of a return request is made and our courier partners will come to your address (the original address which was mentioned at the time of purchase) to pick up the product to be returned. Ones the pickup is done and the product reaches to our warehouse, our quality control team will examine the product and its original packaging. If the product passes their quality check standards, a refund is initiated and an update email will be sent to your email ID.
​If your order qualifies cancellation and/or return, its refunds will be made to the bank account/ credit/ debit card/ wallet, etc where the payment was originally made from. If there is any cash on delivery refund, the customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive a refund. Please note that whatever the condition may be, we do not make any refund in cash.
Usually, the processing time for return and refund is 30 days from the date of receipt of returned products at our warehouse however, we try to minimize this duration as much less as we can.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds!

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/ card company or UPI/Wallet further, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@aromanna.com.

Promotional Ongoing Sale

Please make a note that, only regular sale priced products will be refunded. Ongoing sale products cannot be refunded.


We do not offer exchange of products sold. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange any product.


If the item was marked as a gift from AROMANNA when purchased and shipped directly to you, it will not be exchanged in any circumstances. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
