Anticipated shipping & delivery cost per order
If the amount of your particular order is equivalent to or greater than Rs 1000, it will be eligible for free shipping. Orders lower than Rs 1000 will be shipped as per the appropriate charges stated in the product details.
Anticipated Shipping & Delivery Time per Order
Accepting our terms requires providing an accurate mailing address, location of landmark, email, and phone number for courier services. Promptly updating this information is crucial for a smooth purchasing process and effective order delivery. This also allows us to contact you when needed.
Orders are shipped within three business days of purchase, usually within two days. Our third-party private courier partners handle dispatch and delivery of our orders. We aim to minimize courier costs while ensuring the best possible service, considering factors like delivery time and expenses.
The delivery schedules may vary among different courier partners due to their unique logistical operations. After the shipping process is initiated, it may take our courier partners approximately 7-8 business days or more to deliver the shipment to you. The delivery time is influenced by factors such as the shipping location, the specific courier partner engaged, geographical reach, and any potential disruptions caused by political or social unrest. Additionally, if your billing and shipping addresses differ, it could also impact the delivery time.
Our courier partners generally deliver shipments between 9 AM and 8 PM. In some cases, they might require your signature and/or view identification cards to verify the delivery. It is essential to comply with their terms and conditions as specified on their respective websites. For more comprehensive information, you can visit their websites and navigate through their policies and guidelines.
It’s vital to be aware that if your order includes numerous products, they can arrive via multiple shipments, each with a different delivery timeline. You can access the schedule using the shipment tracking number sent to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to keep track of these shipments. You’ll have all the information you need to know about the progress of each product in your order’s delivery this way.
The guide provided is an estimate and does not include processing time for delivery to your destination. Delivery dates are based on estimates and may face unforeseen delays beyond our control. If your order arrives late, please contact care@aromanna.com for assistance. Please note that certain areas in India may experience delays due to the Novel Coronavirus Outbreak.
Shipment Tracking
After your order is swiftly dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, including the tracking/order number and the courier company responsible for handling your package. To effectively track the status of your shipment, you can utilize this information starting 24 hours after your order departs from our warehouse. This way, you can stay updated on the whereabouts of your package until it reaches its destination.
AROMANNA™ aims for customer satisfaction; eligible products can be returned for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, as per the company’s Terms of Uses.
Cancellations
Cancellation of an order is possible within two days before shipment by writing to care@aromanna.com or WhatsApp. The website does not allow cancellations after shipment. AROMANNA reserves the right to verify or cancel orders without customer pre-confirmation, including written confirmation.
Return Policy
AROMANNA provides a limited selection of products for return and refund, with most excluded due to specific uses. Some items, like worship products and unused gift cards, are eligible.
To request a return, customers must send a photo of the product to care@aromanna.com within 2 days of delivery. Courier and postage costs are not refunded, and the same amount will be deducted from the refund.
If a product is received differently than ordered, a full refund will be provided without deducting courier costs.
Eligible orders for return and refund and cancellation before shipment are refunded at no cost.
Prepaid orders can be canceled and refunded before shipment, with courier costs adjusted based on product and shipment details.
If an eligible cancellation, return, or refund condition makes the order value below Rs 1000, AROMANNA reserves the right to withdraw free shipping and add shipping costs.
Shipping Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened product packaging and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the us. You would need to let us know about your return via whatsapp/ call/ email to our customer care with in two days of receipt of your products and they will guide you the return process. To return your product, you should mail your product to: our physical address guided by our customer care team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to proceed for returns
To return your product or order, please make a new & secure package by putting in the products in its original packaging as mentioned above and place a return request at care@aromanna.com. Ones you request to return a part or full order via email is received, we will verify it. After verification, if your request to return is qualified, we will send you a return confirmation along with the exact refund amount and a return label (with return address details) which you can paste on the return package. Post return confirmation, a pick up will be organized within 8-10 business days from the date of a return request is made and our courier partners will come to your address (the original address which was mentioned at the time of purchase) to pick up the product to be returned. Ones the pickup is done and the product reaches to our warehouse, our quality control team will examine the product and its original packaging. If the product passes their quality check standards, a refund is initiated and an update email will be sent to your email ID.
If your order qualifies cancellation and/or return, its refunds will be made to the bank account/ credit/ debit card/ wallet, etc where the payment was originally made from. If there is any cash on delivery refund, the customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive a refund. Please note that whatever the condition may be, we do not make any refund in cash.
Usually, the processing time for return and refund is 30 days from the date of receipt of returned products at our warehouse however, we try to minimize this duration as much less as we can.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds!
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/ card company or UPI/Wallet further, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@aromanna.com.
Promotional Ongoing Sale
Please make a note that, only regular sale priced products will be refunded. Ongoing sale products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchange of products sold. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not exchange any product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift from AROMANNA when purchased and shipped directly to you, it will not be exchanged in any circumstances. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
